What do you mean by sensitive skin? Do you flush and come out in a rash without warning? Do beauty products and scents sting and burn? And what should you do about it? Firstly, what triggers it? Stress? Emotion? The weather?

Do you use a gentle, soap-free cleanser and lukewarm water to clean your face at night? And a soothing, moisturising facemask regularly before an intensely hydrating serum? Rubber? Even metals — think jewellery and watches. Wash your hands frequently too, and try not to scratch. Do use high factor sun protection, even when it’s cloudy.
